Return to account access

Open the Goldrush account action and look for the recovery option associated with the existing sign-in. Follow the steps shown in that interface; the available recovery option can vary by account. Check that you are using the identifier tied to your account. A new registration is not a fix: Goldrush’s terms permit only one account per person and allow duplicate accounts to be blocked.
If sign-in succeeds but a deposit, withdrawal or game action is restricted, read the notice as an account task rather than a password task. Goldrush may request identity, address, bank or source-of-funds documents and can suspend an account pending required information. Payment methods explains why card and account-holder names matter; withdrawal covers the return route for funds. Only support can tell you which check applies to your account.
Give Goldrush support the account identifier, the wording of the error and the stage at which it appears. Keep the password, recovery link and one-time codes private. If you suspect someone else entered the account, report it promptly: the operator’s terms require immediate notification when account information is lost, stolen or misused. For wider help use support; for a request to pause gambling, go to responsible gambling.
