Goldrush payment methods: funding and payout

Compare EFT, card deposits and the withdrawal route under Goldrush’s published terms. Verify current availability in the cashier.

Separate funding from payout

Read the two directions separately

A payment method available for depositing is not automatically a destination for cashing out. Goldrush’s general terms describe EFT and card funding, normally require a cardholder name that matches the player, with a recorded-phone agreement exception, and disallow cash or cheque deposits. For withdrawals, the terms point to EFT into the bank account from which the Goldrush account was funded. This is why the table separates deposit support from the withdrawal route instead of marking every method as both.

Payment routes and account checks

Funding and withdrawal follow different conditions. Confirm the current cashier instructions before submitting a payment.

Check identity and location

Goldrush may ask for proof of identity, residence, account ownership and source of funds. It says requests to bank accounts outside South Africa are not processed. These checks can affect when an account is allowed to transact. The terms state a R20 minimum withdrawal and describe a requirement to turn deposited funds over once before requesting withdrawal. A promotion may add its own restrictions; read the bonus guide if an offer was used.

Complete the task in the cashier

Use deposit for funding steps and withdrawal for payout preparation. Current method availability and any bank instructions appear in the operator’s cashier. Do not use a bank number pasted into an independent page. Save a transaction reference and contact support if funds do not appear or a payout is held. Set a spending limit before depositing; responsible gambling has the stop and help routes.

Choose a payment route

  1. Select the task

Depositing and withdrawing have different routes.
  2. Confirm ownership

The registered name must match relevant banking details.
  3. Read live instructions

Use the current cashier and save the transaction record.

Check the payment route

First identify a deposit or withdrawal task; the available methods differ.
