Before starting a new account

Goldrush’s account application is for a natural person aged at least 18, applying for their own single account. If you already registered, start at login or password help and your existing account is ready for you.

Register in four steps

  1. Open registration through our button.
  2. Enter your own details: full name, South African identity or passport number, mobile contact and source-of-funds information.
  3. Confirm your account with the email Goldrush sends.
  4. Deposit with Ozow, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, a card, EFT or a voucher, and a welcome offer activates automatically with your deposit.

    Provide accurate identity, mobile and funding information in the account form.

    Goldrush may ask for identity, address, banking or source-of-funds documents.

    Use the account details confirmed by Goldrush for later sign-in.

Details and confirmation

Enter your own accurate personal information in the Goldrush account route: a full name, a South African identity or passport number, mobile contact and source-of-funds details. A confirmation email follows once the application is complete, and Goldrush may ask for more information before accepting it. Keep your contact details current so any account or verification message reaches you.

Verification and banking

Goldrush may request identification, residential address and bank-account details, including documents no older than three months where specified. For source of funds, bank statements and payslips are examples of what it may seek. A card in your own name, matching the betting account, keeps funding smooth.
