Goldrush’s general terms state a R20 minimum withdrawal. They describe EFT payout to the bank account used to fund the Goldrush account and say requests to non-South African bank accounts are not processed. Do not assume a card deposit automatically creates a card payout route; check what the current cashier offers for your account. The payment methods guide separates deposit methods from withdrawal destinations.
Goldrush may request identity, address, bank-account and source-of-funds documents. The cardholder name normally must match the player’s name; the terms allow an exception agreed on a recorded telephone line. An account may be held while required information is missing, and the general terms discuss wagering deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. These are account conditions, not a promise that every request will be accepted after one action. Read any message in the cashier, provide documents through the operator’s own channel and keep sensitive details out of public chats.
Record the request reference, date, amount, method and any error shown in the account. Use contact or support for an account-specific explanation. The published terms do not promise a same-day payout; check the status of your request. If a bonus was used, also check the selected promotion’s wagering and cash-out rules via bonus guidance. If you need to stop gambling, responsible gambling explains self-exclusion; remaining funds remain subject to the withdrawal policy.
